I have 3, 3 week old , BCM's ..... one is a roo and he is getting his feathers picked and pulled out !! He is just starting to feather out , now he is bald all along the chest area, and today the bully drew blood on his ear ....I took him out , do I keep him out or the bully ????

I found a pile of feathers under a large tree, then a trail of them ....the hen is missing .... which predator does this ?? I set a live trap, and nothing has been caught for 3 days ..... I have a few birds that free range, the others cant fly over the fence ..... This predator hasnt come...

When cleaning the coop today , there were a bunch of little fly like bugs through it ..... bigger than a Gnat , like the little bug/fly that is around houseplants ..... Wondering if this is not a big deal , or do I need to treat the pine shavings ?!?
