What the best way to storage eggs till I'm ready to bator them?

Is it ok to feed the eggs layer medicated feed I have 4 little peep with a hen. I don't know if I should keep them apart? I also have cornish rock about 2 week old should I keep there feed away from other chicken? I plan on feeding them flock rasier.
