Very nice coop. You'll get Lot's of advise here, so here's my two cents. Don't waist your time or money on insulation. They don't need it. A clean coop and fresh air is the best thing for them. When it freezes, just close it up for the night. If you must insulate, use fifteen lb felt around the outside before you put your siding on. Spend it on a good run. Bury the wire one foot deep around your coop and if you can do it or afford it, put cement in the trench with the wire.Put cement under the door entrance. Coons can wipe you out in one night.
