Is it possible to have a drake duck and have the curly feather on his tail at 3-5 weeks old or is this just a bent feather?

I picked up some silkies from a runnings farm and fleet a few weeks ago and they had five toes and dark skin so I thought nothing of it now the 2 blue I have, have pink waddles and didn't think that was a trait? Here are some pics and wondering if there silkies or not?
