If you can keep the cots and bobs separate in a brooder. Bobs are kinda aggressive and will kill the cots.
Bobs at least the ones I hatched seemed to like a lot more heat in the brooder than cots need.

My easter hal eggs. Got the better of me and I quick candled tonight they have small veins. I'm running dry as well. Just air humidity it's staying at 30.

I'm assuming you both have the digital model lgs.
One issue is the offset heater. Creates hot and cold corners.
The other main issue is the heater temp cord that is attached to the plastic sheet. It moves while the eggs turn and never sets in same spot if you open the lid.

I would pick up her eggs store them in egg cartons small end down. Tilt them a couple times a day. For up to 10 days then set them in an incubator.
Then all Wil hatch at same time.
You'll be just fine doing that.
As far as incubators brinsea and 1588 genesis. I have a 20 adv. And 2 1588s on preset and one adjustable. These hold temp great and I get excellent hatch rates. These are pretty much set and forget bators. Once the are set right.
