Legally, there's nothing you can do it... legally, you're not even allowed to "disturb" them (which is pretty vague language IMHO). The only thing you can do is alter your property to protect your girls and discourage predators... hiding places like bushes, small trees, and low structures help...

Sorry for your loss. We have hawks and eagles around here and the only thing that seems to scare them away are the huge ravens and crows that hang around. But it's only temporary, they always return... there's really no way to get rid of them, they leave when their food supply is gone...
