That IncuTurn caused me nothing but problems when I used it. My eggs were in all directions! And even out of the little slots, that was early on last hatch. They would bounce off of each other. I hated that thing. I finally bought a better egg turner at the local TSC that works much better.

Final count is 12 hatched. 2 quit before day 14 and 2 more died during lockdown.

They are all mixed breed babies. Dad is a blue Andalusian and mom's are BR, Australorps, Buff Orp and BSL. The brown faced babies are from the Buff Orp. I watched those hatch. I was confused because I thought they'd all be solid colors.

I use aquarium tubing also! Funny enough I didn't have a big enough syringe laying around so I bought a "flavor injector" from the dollar tree.

That egg is beautiful! my BSL isn't consistent on her color but it's always brown. Some days a darker brown and other days like today a light brown. Which is why it took me forever to figure out who lays what. I've actually seen her lay these eggs so no mistaking for someone else doing it.

I candled tonight, 2 quitters. Have 14 left in the bator.
