Update on my peachicks.

Here are some more pictures of my pea chicks. The darker one is getting green feathers on his neck. I took a pic of the lighter ones back, I'm still hoping he might be a girl.

Yes they are big. My silkie rooster has been taking care of them when mom needs a break. I saw him pointing out some food to them today.

Yeah I will take a pic of them together later. I put them in their own house together at night and she sits with them on the roost.

Here are my pea chicks now. Their silkie mom is pretty much done raising them. They are not happy about it.

So here are my peachicks now. They are almost 4 weeks. Can anyone tell their sex yet? Or what the lighter one's color or breed is? They are gaining weight really good. The brown one is 259g and the lighter one is 229g.

Thanks I couldn't believe how much they gained. I started to worry maybe it was too much. I'm still feeding them the medicated game bird starter. How long should they be on it?

I made a pile of sticks and stuff in the middle of the pen for them to hide in. They love it. Here is a picture of the yellow ones head it's kind of blurry but you can see the feathers coming out.
