Thank you for all of the information! I ordered the chicks from a hatchery and they have been kept completely separate from my current flock

I have 3 chicks that are 5 weeks old who have really swollen eyes. They are very red and watery as well, and the chicks are lethargic. I haven't experienced this yet so I need advice on what I should do please! Is there anything I should give them or apply to their eyes? Thank you!
