I have 3 chicks that are 5 weeks old who have really swollen eyes. They are very red and watery as well, and the chicks are lethargic. I haven't experienced this yet so I need advice on what I should do please! Is there anything I should give them or apply to their eyes? Thank you!

Have you added any new chickens to your flock recently? It looks like conjunctivitis, which can be from a respiratory infection, such as MG (mycoplasma gallisepticum) a chronic disease. I would get some saline or eye wash at your pharmacy, and flush the eyes twice a day. Then put a small dab of Terramycin eye ointment in the eyes. If you see swelling, there may be pus that needs to be squeezed from around the eye.
