Violet is laying grey eggs! I've found 6 this week! Then we have three Anconas laying pastel teal eggs. Our Silver Appleyard isn't laying right now because she is molting.

These are our two new duckling Honey (Cayuga) and Lemon (Khaki Campbell) Right now we are enjoying all the Duckie cuddles! We also found our first Cayuga duck egg! Violet (our almost 1 yr old) laid her first grey egg!

He's been missing like 3 weeks now. I figured the construction next door scared him off.

We found out one of our Cayugas we got from the feed store that promised us he was a she, is in fact a drake :/ We were worried about our female to male ratio till our only Mallard flew away! (He flew away on the week we were gonna clip his wings). Anyways we are changing her name to Darth...

That's a lot of ducks! Ya our one Cayuga that is finally quacking is super loud quacker! Out of 7 ducks she and one of our Anconas are the only quackers.

Sadly we had to put our little Ellie down... The vet I called said it was failure to thrive.... :'( She just stopped growing and couldn't hold herself up to eat... She'd flop around like a fish on dry land... We hand fed her for a week but had to help her drink as well.. That's when we decided...

I assume so since all of mine do... But I'm not sure.. They were sold to us as Cayugas so I'm gonna be irritated if they aren't.
