BJ's takes coupons, that have their own and they take manufacture coupons- if you are getting a bundle of three 12 oz of whatever and have three manufacture's coupons for 12 oz you can use all three.

Deep Dish BBQ
Meat- one pond or less any type but fish per person
Apple Cider Vinegar
Mustard
Tomato sauce
Tomato fresh or diced or whole
Onions
Garlic
Worcestershire sauce
sugar (brown is best but refined, raw, or splenda works too)

Honestly I'd just do another tread for this- I was told not to worry about my son's weight till 5 years old, he was in the 50% percentile, then fell off the bottom of the chart all together (less then 10% percentile) at age two. If your underweight child is not anemic and otherwise healthy don't...
