    Mrandmrschicken- Snowball is so beautiful!! I think she's an EE, though, not an Ameraucana. No matter. Joanne- You and Pascopol are kindred spirits and the rest of us benefit. I didn't know that pullets lay better than hens. What color cochins do you breed and do you hatch any extra?

    I decided to revive this thread since it's about time to order and I'm wondering about Bantam Brahmas. Seems from reading everything here sometimes they're nice, sometimes not. I think their coloring is beautiful, but if they're so low to the ground like in some pics, it's kind of strange...

    Does anybody have any experience with mini barred plymouth rocks? Everyone's experience with OEGB seem to be that they're nicer than the charts say. Maybe it's just the roos that can be pugnacious.

    Thanks. I think I read that the Old English Games are kind of bossy, and don't like confinement. I wouldn't want to bring on trouble. Anybody have good experiences with them? PattyPenny- How often do they go broody and how long does it last?
