I doubt that they died from anything that you can get, but to be safe, double bag them and place them on a bottom shelf and wash your hands after handling them.

Sorry for your loss. Are any more clicking? If you can, contact the state vet and ask about having them tested. Many states do them for free, so do call and ask. Refrigerate now and send FedEx in the morning. Ask them for their FedEx account number, it will be much less expensive that way...
Corid Powder is 1.5 teaspoons per gallon, but will not treat respiratory illness, it only treats coccidiosis.

I would use the 800 mg dose of 2.5 tablespoons per gallon for respiratory illness.
