If you have it handy try some nutridrench. It is not 100% but I have had a few miracle cures with it from sudden wry neck. If the vitamins dont help then id try drugs but vits first. Good luck!

Its not ideal nutrition wise but it would give her life quality. I think you can overfeed cabbage but I would not worry about it unless she goes bananas.

Hrm... Could you put a high feeder at an angle up for her? So she could eat some in the day? Or does she not know up from down? Or hang something she could aim at and that is big. It would not replace feeding but could get more calories in her in the day. Treat ball or a fruit or cabbage?

My showgirls stay very petite. They are bitty things. Some go through a failure to thrive period in which you have to keep a very close eye on them.

Fancy at 2 days old it was probably born with neuro damage ( not uncommon in vaulted scull silkies) and if you gave it vitamins and it did not immediately improve it was not going to. Sorry for your loss and go l!!! She gaining weight?

I am not an expert but I was reading a vet post on Facebook that said bewcastles disease can cause wry neck? It made me think of you 2 and all your troubles and wondered if that might be something. I don't know that it is a different treatment however so might be a moot point.
