    I raise White Leghorns and Dark Brown Leghorns. My White's lay well and my Brown's lay pretty well but the eggs aren't as big. My Rhode Island Whites are my best layers.

    Thanks, one thing I can count on is when my birds molt the Leghorns don't seem to quit laying.

    It looks like a male and a female Leghorn. My Leghorns always start crowing well before the males of my other breeds.

    My RC Dark Brown Leghorns 6 months old just started to lay. My Whites who are younger started to lay around a month ago.

    Not this breed but have gotten another breed from them. The communications wasn't great and I ordered 25 of one breed, straight run (their minimum order). They said they could only send 10 but I would get 15 free chicks of other breeds. I left them a message saying I didn't want the 15 free...

    My White Leghorn males matured quite a bit quicker than my other breeds. The White males were crowing at 3 months old.

    My RC Dark Browns are just over 6 ½ weeks old. A couple are surely males. I'm happy about that.
