A second egg was laid, and they survived! Are the eggs safe to eat?

They free range during the day and go in the pen at night. Its just to protect them from what ever killed my Rouen. But they were terrified the other night.

There is no blood or anything

Normal wear. Here are a few pics. The grass area is where it happened with just the body removed.

There was multiple tears that rendered the door useless. We took down the entire screen because anything could get through.

Update: the screen door has ben ripped. I just found it.

It was weird, because there was no blood! All the flesh was stripped of its bones. I will take action with the ducks before night. I have noticed that the ducks have been spooked by a lot of things before. What so you think killed it. Sorry, I cant get a pic.
