My male has decided to sit. He has 13 eggs under him. :)

Our weather is suppose to be going from 40 degrees to 5 tonight. With temps staying cold the next day. Do you all think I should bring my 12 eggs in the house?? I normally put a heat lamp over them but we have never got temp below teens. I just don't want the male to reject eggs after I bring...

That sounds like a great idea. If only I had a dozen water filled eggs. :)

I'm up to 12 eggs but we are expecting very cold (9 degrees) in a few days and I'm afraid if he doesn't start sitting on them they will freeze even with a heat lamp above them. :/

#9, she laid it out in the open and it's 25 degrees outside. Didn't freeze so I hope it's ok.

I have seven eggs in the nest so far.

It's up to my male when he decides to sit, typically they hatch around April. He typically hatches out 8-9 each year.

Mine started laying in November. They have 5 in their nest now, 9 total found (we gave some away and one broke) in KY. :)
