Also if the duck had pox they would be dying too. Waterfowl r less likely to have pox than chickens.

I was just reading and pox r spread by mosquitos! So if the ducks had it your chickens were more than likely going to get pox anyways. I dont think people should catch/kill the ducks for doing what they can to survive. If I were u I would feed your chickens before u let them out in the morning...
