If they're pullets and are already poorly colored than they will likely stay that way. Cockerels look like a mess for a long time.
You can ask on the Fav thread about eggs. I'm not sure what people are getting at the moment. I'm not getting many because of the cold, and haven't even set up...
Feel free to post pictures on the Faverolles thread too as they get older, if you still have questions about their gender. I sure hope they didn't send you all cockerels. McMurray isn't exactly inexpensive.

For hatchery chicks it could be I suppose. In looking at the other wing feathers that have come in I suspect it may be a cockerel. I would also expect more feathers at 2 weeks, which also makes me wonder. Cockerels feather in more slowly than the pullets.

Did you order straight run or pullets? Pullets will have grey wing tips. What do the rest of the wing feathers look like? Are there any body feathers yet?
Many hatchery pullets are on the darker side. At 13 weeks old any boys should be obvious with a redder comb, light hackle feathers, black body with light brown to reddish brown back.
