I fed raw to my dogs for many years. Nothing to do with aggression. Actually, I do believe some dogs can get more anxious on the dried foods than natural, depending what´s in it....
I used to take my Dobermanns with me to go blackberry picking. They learned to pick them from the prickly...
It´s similar here. Hardly rained for a year and a half, just wets the surface. But here where I live is an amazing place, and the soil holds the water for months, and there are springs that run below the surface, so most farmers aren´t too affected, just the odd one or two.

Wish I could do it for more, but it gets expensive! I also have 5 cats here, which is quite enough now, but, of course, if anything´s really desperate.......
I remember that about the Toulouse! I suppose it´s just demand. Here you can pick up dogs off the street for free!!! and recently someone has abandoned a German shepherd at a farm near us, and the dog is a nuisance as it goes visiting around. But the people at the farm seem to be feeding it...
