The bird can shed mareks only if it is infected. Like I said though, the vaccine does not spread bird to bird. In your previous post you give the impression that the vaccine caused your problems when it did not. The vaccine had nothing to do with you losing birds to mareks. Quote:

Since I and many others have been using it for a few years, I have no need to call anyone.

There are two other manufacturers that make mareks vaccine that do not require the dry ice method of cooling and are readily available to hobby farmers.

When you push the virus through a needle opening that small it will tear it from the pressure. This was told to me by a Vet at Fort Dodge.

No, that is not true. It's just a bit more difficult.
