This is my Rhode Island Red (rose) I just realize that she has a toe that is bent backwards I have not realized it befor even though I am with them a lot. I have been going through pictures and apparently it's been like that since I got her it just wasn't so prominent. She seems to walk fine is it anything I should worry about her having problems in the future she is 7 wks right now

on younger chicks I usually try splinting the toe to another, it works very well, I would give it a try! Is she having trouble with it now?

It's probably too late to try splinting, since it would be painful. That is usually best done when they are days old, and by now the bones and cartilage are formed. I have a few chickens who have a crooked toe, and they do fine. It's a pretty common deformity.
