Pretty sure she's a pullet (vet is 95% certain she's a pullet too) but would welcome your feedback.

At 18 weeks, I'd say pullet as well. Great new pictures!

Any idea when we'd expect eggs from her? The three other hens (pure Australorps) are giving us a daily egg. 
The comb doesn't look red enough for eggs at the moment. 18 weeks is still early.
