Well I finally got lucky on a hatch. I hatched out twelve of fourteen eggs. All seem to be happy and healthy.

It's always seemed to me that an old hen will hatch a greater % of her eggs if she has a full clutch, say 14 to 18 eggs than she will if she is only sitting on a few.

I would be very interested if you would be so kind as to list all of the interventions that you did with both the hen and her eggs. Perhaps this will help others to repeat your success.

Not a hen this time a incubator. All the stars must have lined up.
