Dear All,

I am new to parrots and just 3 months back i have brought a pair of Lovebirds as my new friends. I am trying to train them but it has been very difficult for me, most probably because i keep their food containers full all the time.

Coming to my question,

I would like to know the age of my lovebirds and more desperately when they will start breeding and how I can help them in doing so.

It looks like your Lovebirds are both adults which means if They are both male and female they can start breeding so long as you give them a nestbox. It is probably best you wait another 6-9 months before younstart breeding your Birds just to make they are fully trained. If your Birds are adults they will be harder to train. I found this outnmyself with mymown two Lovebirds "Mally and Boo". Hope this info helps.
