I think it was old medicated stuff that was bad for ducks. I gave medicated showbird/gamebird starter and mine are fine. The two chicks ate it too, because they were in with the turkey at the same time, plus the ducks in another brooder. I put both chick starter and gamebird in the long tray feeder and the chicks seemed to like the gamebird better. It didn't seem to bother them.

Oh good. And yes, ducks will shake their tails like little puppies lol They can start a shake at the top of their head and ripple it all the way down their body and off their tail, especially when they get out of water. So cute.
