I'm Young but have a dying passion for something that is out of my reach...Chickens. I've loved them for as long as I can remember and will always have a spot for them in my heart. Unfortunately chickens are illegal in Throop PA, Were I live and grew up in. I hate the fact that they have such a stupid law...I mean I'm allowed to have a parrot that can be heard from three houses down why not a hen that can't even be heard from inside MY house? If I can find a way to change this law I'll need all the help I can get! Hope I can get some help from you guys!

Well what kind off area do you live in? If you live in a busy populated area and don't own much land forget about it.
