I have one little chicken, who was attacked by my dog, and she lost her wing, but we have noticed that she is growing a lot slower than the other ones, She is about half their size and we got them all at the same time. Our concern is that she is going to get much bigger than she already is. Early on she adapted to loosing the wing, and has had no problem eating or anything, just her growing is our concern. Any advice or suggestions?

She did the entire wing, it was a clean cut, because talked to a vet, they told me that as long as there are no shards of bone or anything, that he wouldn't need to see her. And she has had no infections and the feathers have grown over the wing. I have pictures some where, I'll post them when I find them! and she was a straight run chicken, That is all that they told me, heck out of that group of chickens we got a rooster...we aren't supposed to have it, however out neighbors haven't complained, so we are good.

I have a blue Silkie that is a few months old now, and he's much smaller than the other Silkies that I bought with him, but otherwise he seems perfectly healthy. Maybe yours will catch up to the others.

I'm hoping so, we are just waiting to see... Even if not it's okay she'll be our pet chicken :) I named her memo!!

Here is a picture of Nemo you can see the size of her compared to the other brown ones, that we got all at the same time!

and then this is our rooster Diablo!!! My hubby named him!

Nemo looks like a bantam so I wouldn't be worried about her size differences. It looks like the red hens in the picture look like Red sex-links and Diablo (cute name :)) is an Easter Egger and the hens behind him look like Black sex-links.

I have a parrot who - when a chick - fell out of the nest and its back and foot got munched on by a rabbit. Although that is not as bad as a whole wing being chomped off, he is just fine now. He still has a scar from his back being munched - but he is a fully-grown and happy bird. I think your chicken is just taking a little longer to grow because its body's main job was to heal the broken wing.
