I jad 4 eggs 1 hatched. I went ahead and pit a flashlight to the other 3 ... 2 of them have died all u see is darkness and blood. The last little guy lools to be layong on his back. He jas done internal pip but only tip of hos his beak is in the aircell should I do the external pip so it doesnt run out of oxygen or leave it alone. I have read they should up in that aircell and only the tip of his beak is. I can see it breathing heavy

He has 24 hours of air in that air cell. If he goes over twenty without pipping, I'd take a knife and CAREFULLY make a small hole on the OPPOSITE side of the egg from where he is. A very small hole, just enough for air to get in. I had to do this with an egg in my very first hatch...talk about nerve racking, lol!
Good luck :-D

Just stopped to think-that's if they're chickens. If they're ducks or something then don't go by the day 22 thing...

its a chick... he was a day behinf the rest.. he isnt technically due til tomorrow morning. just worried he is gonna run out of air

He should be fine. You'll hear his cheeping getting weaker if he's running out of air...that's when you go in :-D

he isnt chirping at all.. hasnt made any sounds

It can take upto 24 hours from internal pip to external pip. The chick is learning to use his lungs. When there bis a rise on carbon dioxide she will make the external pip and it can take upto another 24 hrs for the chick to zip and kick out. Just make suren that your humidity is around 75. Best of luck.
