Hmm, I don't see any nubs for the spurs (my roo has had definite nubs where the spur will be for a while now, no spurs yet thankfully, but the nubs are definitely large). It's hard to tell with pic/angle, but I'm thinking pullet. What breed, and have you tried searching google for a comparison picture of cockerels versus pullets? I could be wrong because I can't see a ton from the pic.
Not a very good picture, could you get a better one?

it's a black asterlop Silkie mix..thanks for you input
cockerel. A pullet wouldn't have that much comb at this age. Nor will a pullet ever have that coloring. Lots of birds don't develop spurs until quite a bit later.

That last picture shows some very clear male saddle feathers. It's a boy.
