EMERGENCY one of my chicks hatched & i have concerns can anyone talk to me

Its hard to explain would be easier by phone. The chick is about 4-5 hrs old and it still has part of the egg membrane stuck to it & stuff that looks like egg yolk, it is moving its legs like it wants to get up but can't it hasn't opened its eyes either. I had a chick hatch on the 8th of this month & didnt have any probe with it except for me having to peel the shell of cause it couldn't zip the egg.
 
There are many good threads available if you search at the top of this page for "how to assist a chick." Probably keeping the shell moist with a paper towel and warm would help. Good luck.
 
The chick is all of the way out of the shell I'm just concerned because its not able to get up yet the other chick I hatched out was up & moving after 1 1/2hrs this chick is going on 5-6 hours & hasn't gotten up. But thanks for trying to help
 
Just an update on chick it stayed in the same state that I was concerned about all night till I got back from the hospital with my hubby at 2am, the thing that was stuck to it was dry so I decided to cut it off & well now the chick has been up moving around since & seems to be doing great now just waiting to see if it will eat & drink. Good news. Try dipping it's beak into the water and sprinkling some chick crumbles around it's feet to entice it to eat. Adding some SaveAChick electrolytes might be a good idea.
 
Eggcessive. I did dip its beak in the little water thing i got put in the Bator & put some chick starter in there to. Lol when I was trying to do the water with its beak it actually bit me its a feisty little thing.
