My husband really wanted some American buffs after seeing them at a farm. I found three people that had them in our area for sale. We ended up getting four that are about 5 months old. They are supposed to be 2 pair but we cannot figure out which are the male and which are the female. Two of them are younger. But two of them also have thinner necks. Here are some pics. They aren't very good but I cant get close to them and they are in this fenced in area for the day.

@aliceinlove Hard to tell by your pics they are all so close together. I have some pics of my Buff female at 5 months I'll get them and maybe you can compare.

In the 3rd pic looks like the goose far right has pretty thick neck and body build that maybe 1 gander..

also maybe @flockman is on and can shed some light since he has buffs.

and Welcome to BYC

Two of ours look like your female neck wise. Does a pink beak make a difference? Two of our have pink on their beak.

I don't remember my Buff having a pink bill might find that info online if you looked up Buff Geese standards. My female Buff was 1 yr old this past May. If you can get more pics of them separate full front that may help.
