Swollen breast area

Today I noticed that one of my hens breast area is largely swollen then usual. It wasn't that way yesterday or ever, accept for today. It looks and feels like she is carrying a lot of fluid in this area and when you touch it, it swishes around. Does anyone know what is the cause and do I need to be worried about this. Please respond back to me if anyone has any idea. This concerns me completely. She is only one in a half years old. Thanks.

She may have just had a big drink of water, along with some food, which would have filled up her crop. Keep an eye on her for awhile, and see if the crop drains. If it does not, she may have a sour or impacted crop.
