hi there. I have a ten month old male Pekin duck that seems to be sick, and I'm in search for advice on what to do. I went to go feed him and his girlfriend yesterday and he did not come running over as the usual. He just sat there. Then he walked a little, kind of seeming with a limp, and just sat back down. I thought maybe he hurt his leg. I checked his body for anything unusual, and he felt fine. I brought him in and made him a bed in the bathroom. He didn't seem interested in the food or water, but when I splashed my hand around in the water(acting like another duck drinking), he drank and ate some. As time went on I noticed his poop was very green. Very green. And solid, not the usual brown poop splash. Also when I saw him yesterday he had more of a solid like snot around his nostril. So now he just is sitting mostly in the same spot and not feeling good. I know I can do things like electrolytes, probiotics, but other than that I am lost. I don't want to just try something that could be the wrong thing, cause maybe his life could be at stake. Anyone here experience this with their ducks before? Any ideas on what to do? Thank you
