6 weeks old . Is it too early to tell???

Any idea what breed? Is it a hen or a rooster?
The person I got the eggs from is thinking maybe australorp or langsham but she's not certain .
 
Since the person you got the eggs from doesn't know the breed, I'm going out on a limb and saying it's a barnyard mix. Feathered legs are dominant, so whatever feather footed breed she has in one parent. Other than that, hard to say.

It's not screaming cockerel at this point, at 6 weeks it's probably safe to say pullet.

Thank you!! I'm really happy to hear the consensus on it being a pullet. I had 6 eggs and only one hatched so if this was a roo I would be very dissapointed.
