The first 4 pics are of the first baby and the last 3 are the other baby. They are 10 days old. I don't know what breed they are and if it's too early to tell their gender. My daughter believes the first one with the colorful wings is female and the second one with whitish wings is male. I want to agree but I'm not too sure. I don't have a male in my flock and I'm hoping for one. I currently have 9 full grown laying hens which are 8 Easter Eggers(from TSC), one backyard mix(rehomed from a family member) and two 10 day old bantam cochins(from Atwoods). Any info is greatly appreciated.

I figured it was too early. I know some breeds are able to be sexed early on. Have any idea what breed these 2 are?

I would guess that both are male simply because of the lighter "cap" on the wings. It would only be a guess. Do you have updated pictures?

No, I don't have any updated pics because we've had so much rain lately, it's so muddy.
Oh I'm sorry, I forgot I did take some recent pics. Here are some from last week when they were 3 weeks old. The first 2 pics are one and the other 2 are the other one. Any ideas on their breeds? They are now about 4 weeks old.
