EE Cockerel or Pullet?

Has she discovered the nest boxes? you might lure her along by putting a golf ball or two in the nest. She does look red and rarin' to go. & very pretty.
 
Late maturing pullet i have a light sussex who is 8mts old and only started laying yesterday where as her sister has been laying for the past month and a half
