Unsure of new chickens feet

What about getting a big, safe box outside your door for the postman to drop your packages into? If your local post office is closer than your friends' local post office, perhaps you could arrange for the packages to go straight there and just the 'did not deliver' note through your letterbox. If it has to go in the vulnerable mail box, lock it up so that letters and such can get through but prying fingers can't.

Let's say that your hopes of being there for the courier aren't fulfilled. What are you going to do?

Locking the mail box doesn't work coz the post man/women (there is a few different ones) will just leave anything that doesn't fit ontop of the mail box

what I have to do is bust these creeps on camera apparently, police don't want anything to do with it unless there is 'proof' yet I have seen with my own eyes him steal things right out of my mailbox! If I do order something then I just have to sit out the front and wait for it each morning until it arrives

luckily the currier comes at the same time each morning early, I Try to order enough stuff at once to make it a large enough package to have to be delivered that way, no more little AUS post items off ebay for me

I could move house lol that's the solution that everyone seems to throw at me! It's a risk I have to take if I can't find anything in the area soon I suppose.

I haven't suggested that. I've suggested getting a big box that will take large packages, and be openable only by key, and also offered other potential solutions. Would your post office be willing to not deliver the goods themselves, but leave them at the post office instead? Can you get your own private post box? Can you buy a game camera? Can you sit inside the house with a normal camera and wait for the creepy neighbour to take a small, inexpensive item bought specifically for that purpose?

I think that it's getting better because she tried to fight me to put on her Vaseline thismorning so maybe she thinks that she's feeling better?

So much better! Just keep it up a few more days to make sure you've killed all those mites. Her feet and legs will still look rough until those scales regrow, and that may take a few months.

Great, I thought it looked like it was improving

I'm gonna buy another jar of Vaseline and continue to apply it daily for at least a month I reckon, I'd rather prevent it from coming back if they are dead then risk them not actually being dead? The Pekin is SO hard to do

I am unsure if I'm actually completely covering her legs or missing spots! They have been free ranging all day and seem very happy, I think they are starting to settle in

The three toes look a lot better. Keep it up with the Vaseline, even if the mites are all dead it'll help with keeping the skin and scales supple. As for the Pekin, perhaps you could trim her foot feathers down and dip her feet in a lighter oil?
