This one (cockerel?) Has what looks like a wet but, though it is not actually wet, finally saw it poop. Looked like yellowish spew. Thanks a clueless newbie

We would probably need more information before we would be able to help you.
Is the cockerel showing any other signs of illness or is it just his poop that is concerning you?
While I know it sounds gross, it would be helpful if we could have a picture of his poop.

Hi, it was not really poop just liquid yellowish. Diarrhea at best. At the moment he is with several in a small chicken tractor my new coop should be done this weekend! Yeah. If I get home before dark Wednesday I can try to isolate something or separate him. I have a picture of the butt. He does not act sick.
Hey daxigait yep, that is a fairly messy looking butt but not enough for me to hazard a guess what may be wrong with him.
Photos of his poop would definitely be helpful.

Howdy daxigait … apologies for the delay in responding.
Those poops look like shed intestinal lining to me, but I am a bit concerned about the foamy stuff to the top right of second pic.
Unfortunately, I am far from an expert on what ails chickens and I hope that someone else will chime in with their thoughts.
How is your rooster doing? Is he showing any other symptoms which may help others determine if he is unwell?

Other than the nasty poops and the weird wet/oily looking feathers on his rear he seems to be fine. He is headed to a pot anyway. Thanks for trying. I am a complete novice.
