Yes it dose, but now My mom told me that the other one has a red eye. Coincidence?It actually looks better than it did in this one:

She also told me that they are both acting lethargic.

Do you think her eye is getting better? if it is, I will hold off on the meds.
If one of mine had an eye that looked like that the only meds I would try would be eye ointments, I wouldn't give oral antibiotics, injectables or anything in the water.
