Yep, I agree with aart; they look about 4 weeks old, and looks like the front 2 are cockerels.

Agree also.

 

They may look older than you'd expect if you've never had broody hen raised chicks before. Babies out and about with momma tend to feather out faster than brooder box babies cause they're exposed to more cold temps.
