I'm not sure I'm keeping any from the batch I just hatched. Unless they really fit what I'm trying to do with the project birds. One rooster is looking very good and I'll be keeping him. Otherwise the hens are only in their first season. May use son to breed back. Like his size.
Not really sure what if anything will come of the broodies too many cooks in the kitchen I'm afraid
I never used duct tape except to hold windows up when replacing window motors
