Hand turning obviously takes more time but my neighbor swears by it. Says she gets better hatch rare when she hand turns them

My naked necks are booming in size super fast, not like frankenbirds, but I'm pleased.
I don't have to hand turn, but have heard hand turning is good cause you open up the inc and give it fresh air more often.

If you a have a fan and some air hols in your bator it is sufficient for constant air flow.
