Anyone have a cool idea for a run on uneven sloping ground?
I used kennel panels for the last one, but welded wire don't do so good 'cause it don't handle the slope so good and looks like h3ll if you put it up on a slant. If I put it up square to the posts, I'd have to fill a 2' gap at the far end. Kennel panels have the same problem. Chicken wire ain't an option 'cause it won't even keep chicks in, let alone keep predators out.
you mean like this LOL

Whites my Duck area is on a slope, used to have the brahma in there, Its awesome on a slope, great drainage, wish all of them were like this one!! the others are all covered though

Every fence I have done I have made to run curved with the natural ground I like the curves in the outdoors, anything natural is better, and see through if you can.

Yeah, and trash & branches floating downstream always clogs 'em or destroys 'em. I used to sell electric high tensile livestock fencing.

At least it was remote enough there was nowhere for trash to come from upstream.
We used electric for keeping hogs in and sometimes bulls. However, if they really wanted out the pigs didn't seem to care.

I like all of those pictured. I want it covered & high enough to stand up in.

I have some run covering ideas somewhere from when I had to cover for NPIP hang on letmme see where I threw them!!

We have a spare room. The rent would be one of his giant cups of coffee each day, with my name on the cup, of course.

See? I knew someone would give him a place to stay.

I was going to say deer netting. I will go out and take a picture of it in a minute. I like it because it is pretty darn cheap, and isn't going to cut the heck out of you with sharp pieces. It may not be as stiff as chicken wire, but it is still a lot easier to use when you're alone.

When I first heard the ducks sound an alarm, I thought that the guineas from up the road had gotten into my yard again. When I looked out, and saw the ducklings I changed my mind. It turns out that it was the guineas that were bothering everyone. Also, the whole wall fell down, not just the door for the brooding area. I finally decided to guide the ducklings into a small run. I will decide sometime today if I just want to make that their run, and let them sleep in the initial duckpen. That would mean that they would have their own access to outside. It is times like this, that I wish I had someone here to see what I was talking about and give me their opinion.

@Sally SunshineThanks. I missed the best shot which made me grab my camera. Her first run across spin and run back she did a full rear pawing the air. This was neat, but the other would have been really cool to have and frame.

Is that the wall that you couldn't find the clamp for? I'm not there to see what you're talking about but can still give an opinion on it if you want.
