Then why don't plow truck drivers get in trouble with the feds when they smash a mailbox?
And why can I replace a perfectly good mailbox with another and not have to get federal permission?
becuase the mb owner doesnt press charges

but i do know the repercussions of doing things to mailboxes
But if it's private federal property and it's willfully destroyed a law get's broken. Since a law is broken why is it up to the property owner to press charges and not the owner of the law?
