Still no luck.
Going to reboot; don't know what else to try.bbl
Already tried changing USB ports; says everything's working properly. It lies!

it doesnt matter if its hooked to laptop you should be able to read that device at same place

most def, silkies need much much more humidity and ducks no so much depending on age.   plus a staggered hatch   it can be done, but most likely one or the other will suffer in some way
Thanks I was talking to @kajira and someone else. I just did not know enough to say more than the size difference would cause aircell problems.

I'm thinking I need to move the water out of the coop or switch to a nipple bucket for the chickens and let the ducks use the pond. Wasn't sure if I should then move the food outside as well.

I have mine at the door of the house so they dont go in and crap, they stand on the outside and eat it. if that makes sense. less crap in their house. but feed protected from elements and not having to set it out and take it back in at night. The less am and pm chores the better. Make things easier for yourself anyway you can. Taking mud away was key and solid footing a must for me.

The way the coop is built they would still have to actually go inside to get a bite to eat. If I put the food outside it would be protected from the elements still. Don't currently have a problem with rodents but I would want to leave the feed outside overnight cause I'm lazy
