Good morning everybody. Finally caught up on posts! @DwayneNLiz Thanks for checking up on me the other day-I smashed my hand/wrist between a stretcher and door while transporting a patient
It's a long story....... I have a couple days off to do nothing but chill out and rest so chicken time! Lockdown tomorrow for some bcm's, cream legbars, icelandics and seramas!!! Unfortunately work schedule is not gonna coordinate with hatch
Im just happy to be bringing home a paycheck again and feeling somewhat useful, teaching new grads and or orientees. But on a bright note after having my pity party I checked my emails and found out I won a Daisy award!!! Its given to nurses nominated by coworkers and patients for excellent nursing care.
I'm just bummed because by the time I saw it the ceremony was over lol. But I have a beautiful certificate and inspiring letter from a patient that I cared for
Appointment to see a hand and wrist surgeon on 10/18-not sure what the future holds so the award couldn't have come at a better time!!!!

That's even further from me than SA is!! IF he shops in SA, then he might be able to help me. But he's about 5+ hours of driving from me ;o in one direction!
SA is just over a 6 hour drive, round trip when I go up there.
(As I said, really rural! LOL)
