Looks to me like someone has a full-blown wood shop, and the knowledge to use it.Good evening everyone! Thanks for keeping the read back under 300 posts today.
As promised, some pics of cabinet progress.
Just a couple of pics of the aluminum cover for the air channel
View of interior of cabinet and air channel
Filled all 'dead' space between interior and exterior with foam board insulation and sealed all joints with silicone
Interior back wall of cabinet, with PTFE panel installed.
Adjoining interior wall with panel installed
All panels installed, with the exception of the top interior panel. All panels were silicones on the back to subframe, and then fastened to subframe using stainless pan head scews.
I tend to build things bullet proof. A cooler bator probably would have been a lot less work and less cost, but I had most of the material lying around.
Top panel not installed to allow for wiring and vents that need to be done. Once that is in place, all seams on the interior panels will be sealed as well to make for easier cleaning and disinfecting between hatches.
Now for the read back.
Thanks, Whites! got the machine shop and welding shop as well. I also (thus far in life anyways) have all of my fingers, which considering how long it took to learn the wood working is absolutely amazing!Looks to me like someone has a full-blown wood shop, and the knowledge to use it.

Awesome progress so far! Thanks, Whites! got the machine shop and welding shop as well. I also (thus far in life anyways) have all of my fingers, which considering how long it took to learn the wood working is absolutely amazing!
Why? cause I still got all my fingers? only reason is I witnessed a shop teacher slice up his hand in high school on a band saw, learned to always use a push block and kick back guard on all tools real quick!your my hero....
thanks Friday. I am eager to get it done for the HAL, but I want to make sure it is right, and looks good first.Awesome progress so far!

My travels today did take me by a TSC so of course I had to stop. 5 new pairs of Wranglers and a pair of Ariats later, I was outta there.
Mama is cooking dinner and Brit is making a cake so I think I'll catch up a bit.

And since I was asked about the starter drying out, here's a picture of mine after four days in the refrigerator, not being stirred. It takes a while to dry out. Even on the counter.
so whats that tell us?
