Yeah I suppose that was a understatement. The wrench was done and I think the only thing that saved me was the fact that I was wearing gloves and it knocked the wrench out of my hand before it actually got a good contact. Still knocked me to the ground.

It's funny, I'm getting eggs from San Diego - 160 miles south of me, post office says they went to Goleta - 70 miles north of me.  They went right  past.....  They left Goleta at 2:30 this afternoon.  I know it only takes an hour to 90 minutes to get from Goleta to my house (I've made the trip hundreds of times).  Where could they be?

Mom to a BEAUTIFUL little girl, 1 dog, 2 cats, LOTS of fish and an ever growing chicken flock.  Laying hens - 3 RIR, 3 BSL, 3 EE, 2 Delaware, 2 BR and 1 backyard EE mix.  6 wk old babies - 1 NHR, 1 BO (Maybe a Roo), 1 Dominique, 1 BA, 5 EE girls, and 1 EE boy.  Breeding silkies 3 white hens, 1 blue/grey hen, 1 black roo.  Tiny chicks too many to count.

Your right about the laying on the floor but there wasn't much laughing when it happened. Scared the crap out of me and thought I was dead for a bit. That actually happened on the deployment I was talking about earlier with the Kimber.

If the voltage does step down somewhere between the wall and that circuit board, it could get hot fast, smoke, and possibly start a fire. That's why I recommended not using it. But it may be fine too. Without more info I can't say 100%. I would try it outside with a long extension cord lol. Wouldn't be the first smoke test I've performed...

Smoke test aren't necessarily a bad thing as long as you are prepared for it. Yeah I've been guilty of a few myself. Some I was prepared for and some I unfortunately was not. Let's just say a 24 volt system pushing about 1300 amps makes a fairly impressive arc when grounded.[/quote

frow.gif Thanks for the help
The voices in my head are fighting again.

My imaginary friend is running with scissors, and one of my personalities wandered off.

I don't like to think before I speak. I like to be just as surprised as everyone else about what comes out my mouth.

Sometimes even I am afraid of the things my mind comes up with.
